A recently refurbished 1937 Pierce-Arrow Travelodge Model C travel trailer has been listed for sale. The 13-foot unit features a welded steel frame, riveted aluminum body, independent suspension, and Bendix hydraulic brakes. Production of the Model C is estimated at 74 to 100 units, with total Travelodge output around 450–520. The trailer was part of Pierce-Arrow's failed attempt to diversify during the Great Depression.
