Average annual mileage of motorhomes is 5,000–10,000 km (other sources say 4,000–5,000 km), resulting in extra fuel costs of about 220 euros per year. Prices range from 30,000 euros for a used model to 100,000 euros for a new one; a motorhome worth 270,000 euros was displayed at the Clermont-Ferrand exhibition.
