Simon McDonagh received a two-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, for establishing an unauthorised caravan camp on farmland in Stafford Borough. He pleaded guilty to breaching an interim injunction secured by Stafford Borough Council. The court ordered him to clear the site of all caravans, trailers and machinery, dismantle a perimeter fence, and remove hardscape materials, piping and a septic tank. The injunction prohibiting further development has been extended until December 2031.
