The municipality of Alboraya has set up two designated parking zones for motorhomes, caravans and campers at Port Saplaya and La Patacona beaches. Maximum stay is 72 hours, and camping is expressly prohibited. Users may not set up tables, chairs, barbecues, awnings or other camping equipment outside, nor light fires, cook, wash vehicles or discharge grey and black water within the areas. The zones are unguarded, and owners are responsible for their vehicles and belongings. The measure follows complaints from residents and businesses in 2023 and police reports of excessive parking in 2025.
