A woman has been granted leave to appeal a claim she was sold a faulty motorhome. The Queensland tribunal had previously dismissed her claim for $42,971 in damages, citing an unreasonable delay and the vehicle's subsequent sale. A senior tribunal member ruled the original decision failed to consider a claim for damages under consumer law for breach of statutory warranty.
