Sidewinder has introduced a range of hardshell campers that mount to a motorcycle in a sidecar position rather than being towed. The smallest model, Pygmy, weighs 159 kg (350 lbs), measures 2.1 m long and 1.2 m wide, sleeps two, and includes a kitchen, solar panel and outdoor shower. The campers fit cruise, adventure and touring bikes but require a specialised frame. Pricing for the Pygmy is not listed; sources indicate prices start at around $10,000 (€9,000).
