The RV Dealers Association is honoring 27 RV manufacturers and brands with Quality Circle Awards for achieving the highest scores in the association’s 32nd annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey. To qualify, brands and manufacturers needed at least 15 dealer responses and a score of 4.25 or above on a 5-point scale for overall dealer satisfaction in the survey conducted from June through September. The survey received responses from 602 dealership locations in the U.S. and Canada, covering 2,992 brand ratings, an average of 4.97 per dealer. Awards will be presented during the RV Dealers Convention/Expo at Paris Las Vegas in November, and aggregate results will appear in the November issue of RV Executive Today.
