Aliner unveiled the return of its Alite model, discontinued nearly a decade ago, at America's Largest RV Show in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The trailer has a base weight under 672 pounds, an 11-foot total length, and a 114-pound tongue weight, allowing it to be towed by small crossovers and cars with low tow ratings. It features an all-aluminum structural design with vacuum-bonded fiberglass and polystyrene core, Azdel composites, and no wood. Interior amenities include 6.6 feet of headroom, a 58-inch by 76-inch bed, two benches, a storage box, and a roof vent; no water system, HVAC, or solar panels are offered. Pricing starts at about $12,000 after dealer discounts. According to the RV Industry Association, 300,000 to 328,100 shipments are expected this year, potentially below 2023's 313,174 units.
