Kitchen appliance makers launch multi-function cooking devices

In Pohang, South Korea, dozens of motorhomes and caravans have been observed occupying public parking spaces along the Hyeongsan River and coastal areas for extended periods. Residents complain about reduced parking availability for regular vehicles. City authorities can only attach warning notices, as free public lots lack entry-exit records, making it difficult to prove long-term parking. A revised Parking Lot Act effective August 28 allows towing and fines up to 1 million won for vehicles parked over a month, but enforcement regulations and monitoring systems are not yet in place. No dedicated camper parking lots exist in Pohang, and none are planned.
