Modern Buggy has expanded its Hopper series with the Hopper Mini XL, a travel trailer that debuted at trade events in early October. First units are expected at dealers no later than November, with full specifications still pending. The trailer measures 14 feet 8 inches (4.47 meters) long and has 14 inches (35.5 cm) of ground clearance, sleeping two on a fold-out sofa. It features wood-free construction on a custom steel frame with an aluminum frame, Azdel sidewalls, Vixenite composite flooring, and a one-piece fiberglass roof. Standard equipment includes a 200W solar panel, tailgate kitchen, two TVs, outdoor speakers, and an aluminum storage box. No bathroom is included, only an outside shower. The MSRP is estimated at around $24,500.
