The US Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that trailer manufacturers in Mexico and China receive government subsidies and proposed countervailing duties. Rates for Chinese trailers range from 82.3% to 128.7%, and for Mexican trailers from 1.9% to 62.67%. The decision is not final: interested parties may submit comments before the final resolution.
