In the Czech Republic, motorhomes and caravans are gaining popularity due to global instability and rising flight costs. In 2025, over 1,690 new motorhomes were registered, while demand for caravans slightly declined.

The caravan will not be open daily but on specific days; no additional seating is added to preserve the park's character.

Starting May 4, parking of vans and vehicles longer than 5 meters is prohibited in the Jižní Svahy housing estate in Zlín. The measure targets 'wild parking' and aims to free up spaces for residents.
