Hanoi resident Trinh Quang Huy (according to another source, Chinh Quang Huy) and his wife spent about 1.1 billion dong to buy and convert a 3.4-ton truck into a camper. Since 2022, the couple has lived in the vehicle most of the time, traveling across Vietnam (one source says through northern provinces).
The interior includes solar panels, a water filtration system, a sleeping area, and a kitchen. Only the interior was modified; the vehicle's structure remained unchanged. While driving, the couple stays in the cab, following traffic rules. They say this lifestyle saves money on lodging and food during trips.
