The Pueblo Police Department arrested John Delira-Alires on charges including second-degree kidnapping, vehicular eluding, and child abuse. The incident began Wednesday evening when officers responded to a report of a kidnapping in an RV at a convenience store on East Monument Avenue. The RV fled, leading to a pursuit. Officers performed a PIT maneuver, causing the RV to roll onto its side and catch fire. All occupants, including a child, were removed without injuries. Delira-Alires is held on two $10,000 cash bonds.
