Kelowna City Council unanimously approved a $10 fee for the new city-operated RV sanitary dump station, set to open next month on Crowley Avenue. Payment will be via a pay-by-phone app, with fines for non-compliance tied to license plates. Espaces.ca has compiled a list of ten camping destinations in Quebec's national parks.
