JP Star Happy1 micro motorhome under 4 meters long

Japanese company JP Star has introduced the Happy1 motorhome based on the Daihatsu Hijet. The vehicle is 3.78 meters long, 1.7 meters wide, and about 2.5 meters high. It includes a kitchen with sink, refrigerator, microwave, heating, and air conditioning. There are four berths: a main bed from a convertible dinette and an additional bed above the cab. No toilet or shower is installed; a portable chemical toilet and external shower are used. Prices in Japan range from €20,000 to €30,000 depending on trim.

Ostia: Motorhomes and caravans banned on the seafront, 230 new parking spaces to be created

The X Municipal Council of Rome has approved new parking and traffic regulations for the Castel Fusano station area and the Amerigo Vespucci seafront. Parking will be restricted to cars and motorcycles, ending uncontrolled parking by motorhomes and caravans. A new 230-space parking lot, including disabled parking, will be built on the seafront. Authorities stated that social services have assisted people who were living in the parked vehicles.

Bolzano fines motorhome and caravan owners for illegal parking

A joint operation by Carabinieri and local police in Bolzano uncovered violations in two parking lots. Six motorhomes were fined near the city cemetery, and four more in the Maso della Pieve area. Four vehicles lacked periodic inspection, and two caravans were parked illegally. One caravan was moved by its owner; procedures to locate the owner of the other have begun. Violations were cited under articles 7, 157, and 80 of the Highway Code.

The 'Borghi in camper' community has chosen three destinations in Veneto that are most suitable for visiting by motorhome in June. The list includes Asolo (Treviso province), Arquà Petrarca (Padua province), and Auronzo di Cadore (Belluno province). Parking for Achille Lauro concert

Eight parking lots are provided by the municipality for attendees of the Achille Lauro concert.
