Jinju City, South Gyeongsang Province, has completed a public parking lot designed for temporary storage of motorhomes and caravans. The facility covers 4,346 sq m and offers 130 spaces, including 44 for towed vehicles. The project follows amendments to the Parking Lot Act (July 2024), which allow towing of vehicles parked long-term on free public lots. It aims to address illegal parking of motorhomes in residential areas.
