Peter Murrell, former chief executive of the Scottish National Party (SNP) and ex-husband of former First Minister Nicola Sturgeon, has pleaded guilty to misappropriating party funds. According to the PA news agency, he used the money to purchase a motorhome and two cars. The total amount embezzled is approximately £400,310 (around €464,000). Murrell remains in custody; sentencing is scheduled for late June.
