Motorhome overturns on A23 near Müllheim TG

On Saturday, a heavy motorhome and a semi-trailer truck collided on the A23 near Müllheim TG. The motorhome broke through a guardrail, overturned, and came to rest on its side on the opposite carriageway. The 50-year-old driver sustained minor to moderate injuries, and his 74-year-old passenger minor injuries; both were taken to hospital. The affected section of the motorway was closed for several hours.

A motorhome collided with a semi-trailer truck on the A23 near Müllheim (Thurgau). The camper overturned; the driver and passenger were hospitalized. Damage estimated at several hundred thousand francs.

Winterthur voters reject camping renovation, AL launches new initiative

In a referendum, 53% of Winterthur residents voted against renovating the Schützenweiher campsite. The city council sees no legal path to allow permanent camping there. In response, the Alternative List (AL) party, together with campsite residents, launched an initiative demanding a new camping project with at least one-third of the area designated for alternative housing.
