The Dolphins rugby club has announced a two-year partnership with Nomadic Off-Road Campers, making the company an official partner. As part of the deal, a pop-top camper will be the main prize for members of The 100 Club loyalty program who attend all home games in the 2026 season. The camper will also be displayed at the stadium on game days, and exclusive offers will be available to club members.

A man and a woman were airlifted to hospital after their ute and caravan crashed on the Princes Highway at North Batemans Bay. Emergency services arrived just before midday. The pair, both in their 70s, sustained head, chest, shoulder, and abdominal injuries and were taken to The Canberra Hospital in serious condition.
The Glasshouse Mountains Caravan and Camping Park, a 21-acre property on the Sunshine Coast, has been listed for sale. Owner Steve Ralph, who has owned the park since the early 1980s, decided to sell for health reasons after a heart attack. The property includes 60 powered campsites, four residences, a restaurant, equine facilities, a Cobb & Co museum, and the Australian Teamsters Hall of Fame. The expected sale price is around $7 million.
A man and a woman in their 70s were flown to Canberra Hospital in serious condition after their Toyota Ute towing a caravan rolled and crashed on the Princes Highway near North Batemans Bay. The accident occurred at approximately 11:50 am, trapping both occupants until emergency services extracted them. The woman sustained significant head and chest injuries, while the man had shoulder and abdominal injuries. NSW Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
The Shire of Chittering (Western Australia) has approved a development application for a nature-based caravan park on a rural property at its May ordinary council meeting. Applicant Peter Easey plans to host self-contained travellers via low-impact camping platforms like Hipcamp. The approval is valid for 24 months, after which the shire will review its impact on the area.
