The province of Burgos is expanding its infrastructure for motorhome tourism: nearly 50 towns already have or are building parking and service areas for motorhomes. In Poza de la Sal, a 60-space complex with a septic tank is under construction; Covarrubias has a 45-space area; and Villangómez opened a zone with showers and toilets in August, with plans to add a washing machine and dryer. Local authorities note the growing number of such tourists and their economic impact on villages.
