In the Mexican city of Guasave (Sinaloa), a fire destroyed a motorhome and trailer early on June 4. The flames spread to a fuel truck, prompting the evacuation of several families. No injuries were reported.
On Saturday at around 18:15 on the Pátzcuaro-Copandaro highway in Michoacán, a trailer from Transportes Refrigerados Galván (license plate 41-UM-6V) struck a Toyota van carrying nine passengers, including a minor, while overtaking at excessive speed. The driver fled; tourists sought help at a toll booth, and police provided assistance.
Governor Salomón Jara announced the reinforcement of the State Health Caravan Ve’e Tata, which will provide free medical services to the population of Oaxaca. The program includes 8 mobile units: 5 in the Central Valleys and 3 mammography units.
