On Wednesday around 12:45 p.m., an RV caught fire in the parking lot of Shoemaker's Travel Center in West Lincoln, Nebraska. The fire started in the engine compartment; the owners and their cat escaped safely. No injuries were reported.

The Port Angeles Food Bank (Washington state) converted its delivery van by installing four refrigerators and freezers. The project was carried out by Camp N Car of Port Townsend using a grant from Olympic Community of Health. The EcoFlo power system allows autonomous operation for up to two days without grid connection, charging from the engine and solar panels.
