Anji: Two-Day Motorhome Route in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai

Five Vietnamese tourists rented a motorhome for a 16-day trip through southern Xinjiang, China. The rental cost 2,800 yuan (about 11 million VND) per day, including a driver. The route included Kashgar, Lake Karakul, the Taklamakan Desert, and Muztagh Ata glacier. Total expenses were about 55 million VND per person.

A motorhome was tested over a distance of 1000 km. Range achieved about 80% of claimed at an average speed of 91 km/h. The driver assistance system performed well, including handling unexpected situations. Fast charging to 97% took less than 10 minutes.

A couple from Henan, China, suffered a tire blowout in the Tengger Desert (Inner Mongolia) while driving a Zeekr EV during the May Day holiday. With no phone signal, the husband walked 1 km to call for help. Zeekr's Yinchuan service center dispatched a tow truck and a separate car, covering 400 km round trip free of charge. To express gratitude, the couple drove over 3,200 km from Kashgar (Xinjiang) to Yinchuan, presenting the rescuers with two live roosters and a bouquet of fried chicken legs.

A new RV campsite has opened at the Meixin Hongjiu Wetland Park in Fuling, attracting many RV enthusiasts. The site offers designated parking, seating areas, and basic utilities (water, electricity, waste disposal). Authorities plan to develop additional themed campsites: a grassland site by the Lixiang River, a riverside site overlooking the Yangtze, and a mountain site in Paotong. Wuhan court issued its first ruling on a self-driving travel guide copyright case. Blogger Chen copied 41 route maps created by author Xia and posted them on multiple platforms. The court ruled the maps as copyrighted works and ordered Chen to pay 6,000 yuan in compensation.
