His company RoyaleLife sold caravans on muddy plots, marketing them as bungalows, and exploited legal loopholes for permits. The investigation revealed that the same caravans were sold to multiple buyers and that fake invoices were found.

Joshua Donnelly, 22, was sentenced at York Crown Court for a stabbing at Flamingo Land Resort in North Yorkshire. The attack occurred on September 18 after Donnelly retrieved a knife during a domestic dispute; the victim, a 38-year-old father, was stabbed three times in the abdomen while trying to intervene. He required emergency surgery for a punctured colon and sustained nerve damage, leading to mobility issues, job loss, and financial strain for his family.
