China's Ministry of Commerce and eight other departments have issued a notice on measures to boost consumption in the automotive aftermarket, with a focus on RVs and camper vans. In response, JMC (Jiangling Motors), together with Guizhou provincial authorities, will host an RV and camper van exhibition from July 17 to 19, 2026, in Guiyang. The 15,000 sqm event will feature over 40 brands and 100 vehicles, including motorhomes, travel trailers, off-road and electric models. Plans also include the debut of Guizhou's first indigenous camper van 'Colorful Guizhou', publication of recommended routes and campsite rankings, and investment sessions.

Chinese manufacturer Lvmei Suteng has unveiled the U600, a motorhome built on the Dongfeng Mengshi chassis. The model is designed for off-road use and features all-wheel drive. The presentation took place on June 29, 2026.
