A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge refused to send the case of Ivanna Ortiz, accused of shooting at Rihanna's Beverly Crest home, to mental competency proceedings. After a closed-door hearing, the judge found no substantial evidence of incompetence. Ortiz, 35, is charged with attempted murder, 10 counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and three counts of shooting at an inhabited dwelling or camper. Authorities stated Rihanna and her partner ASAP Rocky were inside the camper during the shooting; two bullets hit the double-paned window of the Airstream without penetrating, and a third struck the trailer's side.
