A 46-year-old man from Homeland, California, was arrested on June 12 after sheriff's deputies found a loaded shotgun, a .45 caliber handgun, and over a quarter pound of methamphetamine in his motorhome at Lake Piru Campground. The arrest followed a domestic disturbance call on June 11 and a subsequent search warrant. The suspect was booked on multiple felony charges including possession of a controlled substance for sale and unlawful firearm transfer, but was released on bail the same day. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 26.
