Italian highway company demands 120 euros for a toll from six years ago

Motorhome driver Michel Letraveler received a letter from Italian debt collection agency Nivi S.P.A. demanding 119.36 euros for an allegedly unpaid toll from September 2020. He claims he paid the toll on the spot and provided bank statements as proof.
