Turkish manufacturer Ortsan Outdoors offers the Mini House caravan, which is compact while driving (4 m long, 2.1 m wide) and expands on site via fold-out walls, reaching a floor area of 20.4 sq m. The model has been on sale since 2021 and is continuously improved. Standard equipment includes a two-burner gas stove, stainless steel sink, 90 L compressor fridge, 200 L water tank, 470 W solar panel, and 200 Ah battery. Price starts at €16,700.

The Ulusal Kamp ve Karavan Federasyonu (UKKF) has released a set of 10 safety rules for motorhome and caravan owners, focusing on electrical, gas, and fire risks. Mandatory measures include circuit breakers, residual-current devices (RCD), certified batteries with a Battery Management System (BMS), and smoke, carbon monoxide, and LPG detectors. Annual inspection of gas hoses is recommended, and a fire extinguisher of at least 2 kg should be placed near the entrance.
