Japan's most popular camper vans and motorhomes ranking for May 2026 released

Kameoka City in Kyoto Prefecture has completed a dedicated car-sleeping evacuation shelter, 'Car Shelter Nomizu', in Yoshikawa Town. The facility covers about 10,000 square meters, accommodates 195 vehicles, and includes toilets, showers, and a disaster equipment warehouse. According to the city, shelters specialized for car sleeping are uncommon.

The fifth nationwide special of 'Nishimura Campground' will air on June 28, celebrating the 30th anniversary of comedy duo Biking. Guests include voice actor Shun Kimura and actress Yuno Nagao.
