Escapees Escapade is the flagship annual rally of the Escapees RV Club, America's largest full-time and part-time RV living community. The six-day March gathering brings together thousands of full-timers, workampers, and RV lifestyle enthusiasts for seminars, workshops, and community at Pima County Fairgrounds in Tucson, Arizona.

Escapade features 200+ educational sessions covering full-time RV living, maintenance, boondocking, travel planning, and financial independence — alongside vendor booths, live entertainment, and the famous Escapees camaraderie. It is a deeply community-driven event and the heart of the North American full-time vanlife and RV movement.

CRR Hospitality and trip-planning platform AdventureGenie have introduced a fall RV route linking four CRR resorts across California and Arizona. The itinerary runs from the Coachella Valley to the Grand Canyon. A 10% discount is available on stays of up to six nights with code GENIE10 when booked by Oct. 31, 2026. A giveaway for a two-night stay valued at up to $500 runs until Sept. 10, 2026.

Wildlife association plans private RV park

On September 8, 2026, county commissioners in Salisbury, North Carolina, approved a special use permit for a private RV park on a 120-acre site at 650 Majolica Road owned by the Rowan County Wildlife Association. The association, a private group with about 1,800 members, plans to develop 22 RV spaces with water, sewer, and electric hookups, available exclusively to members. A broker's opinion from DM Properties and Associates found no measurable impact on adjacent property values.

Groundbreaking ceremony set for Glassyard Commons RV lot and tiny-house village in West Seattle

A groundbreaking ceremony for Glassyard Commons, an RV safe lot and tiny-house village in West Seattle, is scheduled for Thursday, September 10, 2026. The project will provide safe parking for 72 RVs and 20 tiny houses, serving approximately 140 people. Operated by the Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI), the site is leased from the Washington State Department of Transportation. LIHI holds a $3 million contract for the project.
