Herbert, a traveler from Armenia, toured Belarus in a converted bus that serves as his home. He visited Minsk, Brest, Grodno, Polotsk, Belovezhskaya Pushcha, and other sites. His project aims to promote judging people by their actions rather than their citizenship. He plans to hold the first human summit in Berlin in 2028.
Herbert, who previously lived in Armenia, Kazakhstan, Russia and Germany, converted a 12.5-meter Yutong bus into his permanent residence. The conversion cost €30,000, while the bus itself cost €200,000. The interior includes a bedroom, kitchen, shower, toilet, guest area and library. The bus retains its D-category status, allowing parking in city centers. Herbert plans to visit 193 countries.
The Daineko family from Leskovka (Minsk region) has been traveling Belarus and beyond for six years using a towed caravan. They have owned three caravans; the current one is fully autonomous, equipped with solar panels, heating, shower and toilet, rated for temperatures down to -40°C. Their longest trip lasted three weeks and covered over 7,000 km through Abkhazia, Sochi, Pyatigorsk, Volgograd, Chechnya and Dagestan. The couple notes that in Belarus they can park the caravan almost anywhere for free, unlike in Europe where parking fees often equal hotel room rates.
