Broadland District Council has again refused an application to increase caravan pitches at Whitwell and Reepham station in Norfolk, citing inadequate access road conditions. The proposal for five static caravans and two shepherd's huts was rejected due to poor road alignment, restricted width, lack of passing places, and limited visibility at junctions. The application was originally for 15 pitches but was reduced after local objections over highway safety.
