The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (Sepa) is investigating allegations of potentially polluting waste water discharges from the Grutness caravan park, which was built without planning permission. Sepa confirmed there are no authorised discharge points at the site and urged witnesses to report incidents. Spanish couple spends about 1,060 euros a month living in a motorhome

A young Spanish couple living in a motorhome has shared their monthly expenses.
