About
The Camper & Vanlife Event combines an open-air fair with a relaxed festival atmosphere. On the green meadow at the foot of the Deister hills, visitors discover individual campervans, creative conversion ideas and camping gear — no exhibition hall, no dusty carpets, no rows of identical white motorhomes.
Camping fans, self-builders and curious day visitors come for inspiration and to talk with exhibitors and fellow campers. The festival, formerly known as MikroAbenteuer Festival, draws more than 5,000 visitors every year.

Staying overnight
A camping meadow (Camp'n'Connect) is available for the whole weekend. Camping tickets are sold online only, in advance, from December — spontaneous overnight guests are not guaranteed a spot.
Good to know
- Plan at least half a day; if you are planning your own conversion, allow 3–4 hours
- Day ticket holders can leave and come back the same day with a stamp at the entrance
- Dogs are welcome on a leash
- Reduced tickets: pupils with ID and wheelchair users

About the organizers
Sisters Sonja and Mirjana Schütze have been running mobile food and events in and around Hannover since 2015, with more than 180 self-organized events behind them.
