German manufacturer Weinsberg (Knaus Tabbert Group) introduced the CaraCore line of motorhomes on Fiat Ducato chassis. Models range from 6999 to 7410 mm in length, 2320 mm wide, 2790 mm high, accommodating up to 5 passengers. The base version features a 140 hp diesel engine with 6-speed manual; a 160 hp option with 8-speed automatic is available. The CaraCore 700 is priced at €83,990, which is 20–40% lower than comparable models.

Knaus Tabbert Reports ‘Improved Profitability’ in Q1

Million-euro fine for incorrect weight on motorhomes

German motorhome and caravan manufacturer Knaus Tabbert AG has accepted a fine of 6.42 million euros. The penalty was imposed by the Stuttgart public prosecutor's office following an investigation into incorrect information regarding the total weight of motorhomes, specifically vehicles that were supposed to be under the 3,500 kg limit. The company has set aside funds to cover the fine, which is scheduled for payment in the first quarter of 2026.
