A queen bed accessible from three sides offers enhanced comfort for couples but is typically found in more expensive models. With a budget of up to €35,000, 11 caravans from Bürstner, Caravelair, Dethleffs, Hobby, LMC, and Sterckeman are available. Eight models cost under €30,000, while entry-level versions from Caravelair and Sterckeman start below €20,000.
CARAVANING magazine surveyed the market for production caravans and found that seven manufacturers (Adria, Caravelair, Dethleffs, LMC, Next, Sterckeman, Weinsberg) offer 44 models priced under €20,000. The cheapest options start at €13,000–€15,000, but typically come in very small sizes with reduced equipment.
Valcaravan, a company with 40 years in caravanning, has reopened a renovated store in Beniparrell (Valencia) after damage from the Dana flood. The facility covers 5,500 m² and offers motorhomes, campervans, and caravans (new and used), plus parts, accessories, and a service workshop. It is an official dealer of Rápido, Itineo, North Cape, Sterckeman, Ranger, and Rimor. A rental service under the Walabi brand will also operate on site.
Motorhome dealer Reisemobile Brumberg will present all its brands together for the first time at the 'Reise + Camping' fair in Essen from February 25 to March 1, 2026. The latest models from PÖSSL Group, Chausson, Etrusco, and Sterckeman, including camper vans, motorhomes, and caravans, will be on display. French manufacturer Sterckeman has introduced the new Sport Edition 420 CP travel trailer. The model is 6.21 meters long, weighs 1029 kg, and is designed for two people with a base price of €22,490. Standard equipment includes an anti-sway hitch, Truma-S heating, and a 50-liter water tank.
The German company Reisemobile Brumberg has added Sterckeman travel trailers to its rental fleet. The fleet, located on a 5500+ sq m site, also includes motorhomes from Pössl, Globecar, and other brands. Booking is available online, with more favorable rates offered outside the peak season.
The Sterckeman Easy caravan was presented at the CMT show in Stuttgart. The model weighs under 800 kg and is positioned as an affordable option for novice campers. Standard equipment includes a water tank, heating, and a shower area. The starting price in Germany is around €14,600.

A new lightweight travel trailer for two was presented at the CMT 2026 show. Its base price is €14,600, with a curb weight of 839 kg. A special edition with option packages is available until spring for €17,770, offering a price advantage of around €2,700.
The Sterckeman Easy 390 CP caravan has been introduced, targeting beginners and families. The model is 4.57 m long, weighs 820 kg, is designed to be towed by a standard car, accommodates up to four people, and features a kitchen, toilet, and a main bed measuring 138x190 cm. The price is €16,990.
