A motorhome caught fire on the A6 near Neuendettelsau on the afternoon of the incident. The fire started in a construction zone. According to police, no one was injured. The highway towards Schwabach was completely closed, with delays also on the opposite side. The full closure lasted about an hour, after which traffic was gradually allowed past the scene.
