Nine Chinese ministries back motorhome camping industry development

Nine Chinese ministries, including the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, jointly issued a notice that separately addresses motorhome camping. The document outlines measures to improve traffic conditions, enhance supporting services, and promote industrial upgrading. Jiangsu Province, a major motorhome production and sales hub, already operates dozens of campsites. Kalajun scenic area: motorhome and caravan entry rules

The administration of the Kalajun International Eco-tourism Zone in Xinjiang has released detailed entry rules for motorhomes, caravans, and other visitors. Motorhome entry is limited to 30 vehicles per day, only through the north gate, with check-in before 14:00. Vehicle dimensions must not exceed 6 m length, 2.5 m width, and 4 m height.
