Mayor Marin Kirov stated that attention in the Butamyata beach case is shifting from the tender procedure to decisions designating plots for campers, caravans, and tents. The prosecutor's office found violations in the lease of nearly 35 hectares of municipal land. Kirov noted that the council's decisions were not contested, and no activity permit has been issued yet.

Bulgarian startup HIP Campers has introduced the HIP 4Family motorhome, 7.2 meters long, designed for family use. The model features two separate sleeping areas for children and parents, a kitchen with a 125×60 cm countertop and a 141-liter fridge, and a spacious bathroom. Total storage capacity is 2,780 liters. The base version costs €150,000, the Maxi version €160,000, and the Supreme version €200,000.
A public debate has erupted in Sinemorets over the future of the area near Butamyata beach. Tsarevo Municipality denied rumors of a new campsite, clarifying that the site, located within Strandzha Nature Park, is designated only for temporary placement of tents, motorhomes, and caravans. The investor, PEPE.BG, pledges no concrete will be poured, existing sanitary facilities will be used, and vegetation preserved. Operations have not yet started pending approvals from health, fire, and environmental authorities.
In Sinemorets, Bulgaria, a paid parking area for campervans has been introduced in the forest behind Butamyata beach as of 2026. Previously, this area was used for free wild camping. Now only motorhomes and campervans are allowed, with the fee not disclosed.
