RVs gain popularity in Shandong, boosting tourism and manufacturing

On April 30, after a month-long trading suspension, New Gonow RV (00805.HK) released its 2025 annual report. Revenue was 871 million yuan, up 0.8% from 2024, but net profit attributable to shareholders fell 28.9% to 30.82 million yuan. Gross margin dropped from 31.1% to 27.2%. The company cited macroeconomic volatility, margin pressure from new hybrid off-road models, and higher selling expenses from expanding self-operated stores. The audit delay was due to cross-border complexity: its Australian subsidiary Regent and three affiliates posted a net loss of about 9.2 million yuan.
