Custom text: real plates never carry this combination.
This image is not a license plate: it must not be fitted to a vehicle and does not mean the combination is available.
How to read the plate
A Cambodian plate has blue characters on white. On the left is the province name — in Khmer on top and in red Latin letters below (ភ្នំពេញ / PHNOM PENH). On the right is the number itself: a category digit, a series letter and four digits (2A-3631). When the owner moves to another province, the car is re-registered. Personalised plates show «កម្ពុជា» (Cambodia) instead of a province, police plates «នគរបាល».
