TÜVTÜRK — Turkish vehicle inspection body

TÜVTÜRK is the authorised private company that runs vehicle technical inspections in Turkey. It was founded in 2007 as a joint venture of German TÜV Süd, TÜV Nord, and Doğuş Otomotiv. Fixed and mobile inspection stations operate across the country.

Muayene fees are updated annually; check tuvturk.com.tr/muayene for current rates (mid-2026 rates run approximately TL 3,000–4,000 depending on vehicle class). Online booking: tuvturk.com.tr. Certificates issued by unauthorised private inspectors have no legal force — the Constitutional Court (Anayasa Mahkemesi) confirmed that only TÜVTÜRK can issue official muayene documents.
