Proyecto técnico is the document signed and stamped by an industrial engineer to legalise a camper conversion in Spain under the Manual de Reformas. It contains plans, materials, loads, electrical and gas installations, and safety calculations.

Typical cost: €200–600, depending on the engineer and conversion complexity. Required for reforms in category I or GI (covering most camper conversions). It is signed and stamped by a licensed industrial engineer and carries the stamp of the professional association (colegio de ingenieros). Presented at the ITV de reforma together with the informe de conformidad and, if applicable, the certificado de taller.
