Certificado de taller is the document issued by a Spanish workshop registered with the autonomous community's Registro de Talleres that physically carried out a vehicle conversion. It certifies that the work was done correctly and in accordance with the regulations.
Required for many level I or GI reforms in the Manual de Reformas. Submitted at the ITV de reforma together with the proyecto técnico and, where applicable, the informe de conformidad. A certificate from a workshop not listed in the autonomous community's Registro de Talleres has no legal validity — even if the workshop has an excellent reputation. Always verify registration before commissioning conversion work.
