The Hunter Valley Outdoor Show (formerly known as the Hunter Valley Caravan, Camping, 4WD, Fish & Boat Show) is the largest and longest-running leisure industry show in New South Wales, with a history of close to 30 years. Held annually at the Maitland Showground, this three-day event is a cornerstone event for the outdoor and recreation community in the Hunter region.

What to Expect

With almost 300 exhibitor sites, the show showcases the latest in caravans, camper trailers, motorhomes, 4WD vehicles, camping gear, fishing equipment, and boats. Local community groups, live entertainment, and a wide variety of food options make it a wonderful day out for the whole family.

Visitor Information

The show runs from 9 AM to 4 PM daily. Admission is $16 online or $20 at the gate for adults; seniors/pensioners pay $12 online or $15 at the gate; children aged 0–16 enter free. Tickets and discount vouchers are available through the Rural Scene website.
