Motorhome with British tourists had to be dug out of mud in Mangystau

A family of tourists from the UK got stuck on a salt flat in the Mangystau region. Their motorhome became bogged down in mud near the Tuzbair tract. The rescue operation lasted over a day, with emergency workers manually digging out the camper and using special equipment. The vehicle has been refitted onto a GAZ-66 chassis and equipped with a Japanese 4.0L 1UZ-FE V8 engine producing up to 305 hp and all-wheel drive.
