Driver destroys trailer of street vendor in Natal; fundraising campaign launched

In Natal, Brazil, a driver of a Volkswagen Nivus crashed into the trailer of street vendor 'Galego da Tapioca' on Avenida Rodrigues Alves and fled the scene. The accident occurred on the night of July 3, 2026; no one was inside the trailer and no injuries were reported. The trailer was completely destroyed, leaving the vendor without his primary source of income. Customers and friends organized a donation campaign via PIX.
