Zhodino Fest 2025 runs September 26-28 at the Zhodino tourist base, Sportivnaya Street 10. The site provides drinking water, cassette dumping, limited 220V hookups and rooms for overnight stays.

The program includes tours to the BelAZ and KZTSH plants, tasting of traditional draniki, a caravaner fish soup, kids quests from the tourism sports school, a mini zoo and an evening entertainment program with performances, dancing and fireworks. The fee is BYN 150 per crew (two adults and minor children), paid on site. Capacity is limited to 170 crews.

Tours take place on September 27 from 9:30 to 13:30 with transport by bus. Registration and payment (BYN 10 per person) are handled on arrival.
